We’re now looking for a Conceptual Copywriter who is equal parts concept genius and strategic leader – a total Mr. Miyagi who can drop knowledge bombs with pride and keep our winning streak alive.

What you’ll be doing

You won’t just be "writing stuff". You’ll be the definitive guardian of our brand voice and the strategic lead for our clients. You’ll be deconstructing briefs to find what actually gets candidates to click apply.

• Creative Strategy: Working in a symbiotic partnership with our designers to brainstorm 360-degree campaigns that are forward-thinking and – dare we say it – radical.
• Voice Adaptability: You’ll need to switch between the WeLove9am cheeky-yet-professional tone and our clients’ unique identities without breaking a sweat.
• Mentorship: Helping team members find their feet and grow their confidence.
• Business Growth: Writing the kind of persuasive proposals that make clients want to buy us a drink and sign on the dotted line.
• Quality Control: Reviewing every bit of copy that leaves the building to ensure it’s immaculate, persuasive, and – crucially – error-free.

What we’re looking for

We need someone who has "been there, done that" and wears the t-shirt with pride. You’re an understated expert who knows that a well-placed em dash is better than a clunky semi colon any day of the week.

• You’ve mastered the art of the active voice.
• You’re a social magnet who knows how to build trusting relationships with clients.
• You’re a pro at juggling multiple projects in Asana without dropping the ball.
• You understand SEO and digital best practices – because a great copy is pointless if nobody can find it.
• You’re a "can-do" person who is positively disruptive and always looking for a better way to do things.
